So often we forget that we are humanbeings not humandoings.
Think about beginning the year with being more present in the moment of every day and striving to take each event as it is and not overthinking situations. We bog ourselves down and can get stuck with negative thoughts rather than enjoying simple problem solving.
Mindfulness is "paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally," according to Jon Kabat-Zinn.
